This lab introduces the core principles of the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) and shows you how they work together to improve implementation outcomes.

You will apply AIM concepts to a real initiative while examining sponsorship, readiness, resistance, reinforcement, and the conditions that influence whether a change is successfully implemented.

Sponsorship Involvement

Understand why sponsorship is more than visible support and how sponsors use Express, Model, and Reinforce to influence implementation success.

Target Readiness

Learn how to assess the people impacted by a change across information, willingness, ability, confidence, and control—and identify where implementation risk is building.

Reinforcement Strategy

Understand how formal and informal reinforcement shapes behavior and why sustained implementation depends on aligning consequences with the behaviors the change requires.

Ann Marvin brings more than 20 years of experience leading transformation, implementation, and organizational change across complex enterprise environments.

Her work focuses on helping organizations move beyond installation and achieve the behavior changes required to produce business results.

Throughout the AIM Introduction Lab, Ann connects AIM concepts to real implementation challenges and helps participants apply the methodology directly to initiatives they are working on.

The emphasis is not simply on understanding AIM. It is on learning how to use AIM to diagnose implementation risk, strengthen sponsorship, anticipate resistance, and improve the likelihood of sustained results.
